The Big Picture
The Center at Parkwest Medical Building project consisted of a new 68,000 SF, 3 story, 80 bed Skilled Nursing Facility for Veritas Management Group. This state-of-the-art facility serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care is a hotel-like atmosphere. This project included full site development consisting of utility infrastructure work, detention pond, drainage easements, site access roads, parking and landscaping.
